Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the daily operations of the insurance team.
Monitor policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Track team performance and prepare operational reports.
Coach, train, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and service quality.
Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and other departments to resolve operational concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
