Job Overview
Provides administrative support, participates in the job training processes, and assists senior support staff with day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
- Categorizing incoming calls and emails and escalating complex problems to the next level of support as per the documented procedures.
- Maintaining documentation on communications regarding customer inquiries for billing and account inquiries.
- Compiling master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals, keeping them up-to-date, and operating the document control system under supervision.
- Providing administrative and training support to the user community regarding security and password administration, access privileges, and printer access.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
