Job Description
- Serve as the main financial advisor to leadership, including the board and GM
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Drive working capital optimisation and cash flow management strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and business outcomes
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across business partnering and control
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- CPA
- at least 15 years experience in whole cycle finance with focus on commercial finance and business partnering
- industry background in FMCG, retail, distribution, and consumer durables
- experience in managing various stakeholders
