edamama is the #1 e-commerce platform for parents in the Philippines! We first launched in May 2020 as a website. After a year in 2021 we finally launched our app. At edamama, we're passionate about making parenthood a smoother journey. That's why we developed an omnichannel that simplifies decision-making and brings the joy back to raising a family. Weve also reached another milestone in 2023 when we expanded our business going into retail! We have a couple of stores as of today in malls such as Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Antipolo, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Vertis North, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces and Ayala Cebu by the Bloc our first ever provincial store. Were also very excited to share that we're aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales targets by efficiently leading the day-to-day operational activities.
- Monitor and manage sales trends, store inventory, and store/merchandise upkeep and maintenance.
- Data gathering and analytics of sales, merchandise needs, and store observations through various reports and customer feedback.
- Serves as the brand ambassador to store stakeholders and support groups (suppliers, mall admins, etc).
- Report to assigned store 6x/week or 48 working hours per week, including but not limited to holidays and weekends; following the mall operation hours.
What We're Looking For
- At least graduate with a college degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets
- Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel
- Willing to work in Ayala Malls, Central Bloc Cebu
