Responsibilities:

Supervises and checks the work of finance personnel
Prepares accurate and timely accounting and financial reports, supporting schedules, and other management reports.
Review tax returns and supporting schedules for withholding tax, vat, and ITR before filing.
Ensures compliance with filing and payment requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue pertaining to tax returns and other regulatory bodies.
Maintains and ensures accuracy of accounting systems and record-keeping.
Monitoring and checking of the Company’s referral fees computation and payments.
Monitors compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Participates in monthly KPI discussions.
Helps in the preparation of finance document processes.
Provide insight and other input to or participate in various finance projects
Participate in company activities to help enhance culture and team building.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

At least 3- 5 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting.
CPA
With Financial Planning and Analytics skills
Must be adept in various accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP
Effective communicator.
Must be a self-starter and can work independently.
Must have proven and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Must have a keen sense of urgency, able to juggle multiple functions
Must possess a strong sense of ethics, should be trustworthy to protect confidential client and firm information.
Must be a team player
