About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Intelligence Supervisor to join Infosys BPM Philippines in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee the design and delivery of data-driven insights, reporting frameworks, and automation solutions that support business operations.
As a BI Supervisor, you will lead a team of analysts while partnering closely with operations and stakeholders to drive data strategy, enable decision-making, and improve process efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Analysts to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.
- Provide feasibility assessments for projects and actively participate in business requirements discussions with operations teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable reporting and automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and oversee Excel-based applications that are user-friendly and robust.
- Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards using advanced Excel formulas, charts, and visualization techniques.
- Drive the development and optimization of automation solutions using VBA, VB Script, and web-based macro tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Support and oversee mainframe automation and Access-based applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting workflows.
- Manage workload distribution, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
What We’re Looking For
- College graduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field).
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong experience in VBA Macros, SQL (Oracle/Teradata), and Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Charts, PivotTables, Slicers
- Complex spreadsheet formulas and dashboard creation
- Index Match, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, OFFSET, named ranges
- Nested formulas and logic structures
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and data systems.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
