RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will apply strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and business judgment to deliver sourcing activities and contribute to measurable client outcomes.
In this role, you will support sourcing strategies, execute sourcing events, and conduct supplier and market analyses. You will also champion the practical application of AI and digital tools to accelerate workflows, enhance reporting, and ensure quality of deliverables.
As a collaborative contributor, you will work with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, while developing your own expertise through continuous learning, coaching, and applied experience.
Key Responsibilities / The Work
Lead or support (depending on complexity) sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx support, negotiations, award recommendations, and contract preparation.
Leverage industry and supplier research, and market intelligence to perform financial and commercial analysis to support negotiation strategies, identify savings opportunities, and highlight risks.
Assist in development of market insights and collaborate to create content that enables knowledge sharing across the organization and contributes to thought leadership.
Support creation of category strategy in partnership with more senior resources with identified opportunities that achieve client goals and mature their procurement function.
Apply AI and digital tools (enterprise-approved assistants, GenAI platforms) to sourcing tasks such as RFx drafting, spend classification, contract clause review, and data summarization, ensuring outputs are validated and compliant.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.

Market & Analytical Skills: Strong numeric and text-based analysis; ability to evaluate supplier proposals, contracts, and pricing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience). Advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) preferred.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1- 2 years in Global Sourcing experience (Procurement, Category Management or Contracts/Contracting are preferred only)
