The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers by efficiently addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information across all communication channels. The role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries promptly, politely, and accurately, ensuring customers receive complete and correct information.
  • Provide first-level technical and functional support for issues related to the companys website and mobile application.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and escalate or relay insights to the appropriate teams for service and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution, enhanced customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
  • Stay updated with changes in company services, products, procedures, and policies to provide informed and effective customer assistance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information, company data, and internal processes.
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries during peak periods, demonstrating resilience, professionalism, and effective stress management.
  • Adhere to assigned shift schedules, maintaining good attendance and punctuality to support team operations.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including the willingness to work in rotating shifts as required by business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Experience in the information technology industry or related field is an advantage
