Duties And Responsibilities

  • Schedule training sessions and meetings for resident doctors, including monthly meetings
  • Prepare and issue necessary memoranda related to training, meetings, and other activities
  • Prepare and process RFPFs and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for Health Centers and Hospitals related to community services
  • Process promotion papers and appointment letters
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics teams to request materials and other requirements needed for training
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, including photos, patient details, procedures performed, and attending doctors
  • Collect, verify, and monitor attendance reports submitted by doctors
  • Provide on-site and administrative assistance throughout training activities
  • Follow up with resident doctors regarding their online procedures and attendance to ensure compliance and active participation
  • Organize and maintain 201 files and other personnel records
  • Assist in the evaluation and performance monitoring of doctors
  • Update and maintain monitoring reports related to doctors performance and activities
  • Prepare Certificates of Training (COT) as requested
  • Compile and maintain hard copy documentation of relevant records
  • Handle communication and provide administrative support to resident doctors

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) years Bachelors degree
  • Willing to work on-site
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in administrative work or any related field

  • Flexible and can adopt to constant demands
  • Well-equipped in using Microsoft Office applications, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Gmail, Google calendar, and other administrative platforms
