Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-out and interior construction projects
Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials such as finishes, fixtures, furniture, and MEP components
Manage subcontractor accreditation, selection, and contract negotiation
Oversee procurement planning based on project timelines and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to align procurement with project requirements
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites to avoid delays
Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance (quality, cost, delivery)
Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Lead, mentor, and manage procurement staff
Maintain vendor database and strategic partnerships
Minimum Qualification
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, or related field
7–12 years of procurement experience in construction or fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and subcontracting processes
Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
Familiarity with BOQs, technical specifications, and project costing
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
