Key Responsibilities
- Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians, optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments via ServiceTitan CRM.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance via phone and email.
- Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems.
- Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
