Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Item Inspection & Troubleshooting: Examine equipment to diagnose faults, damages, or missing parts.
- Pullout & Teardown: Safely remove defective units or components, often for replacement or refurbishment.
- Documentation: Create detailed reports on faulty items, including reasons for pullout, for quality assurance.
- Inventory Control: Properly label, store, and track removed parts to avoid further damage or loss.
- Customer/Site Support: Coordinate with clients or liaisons for unit pick-ups, often handling warranty claims.
- Tools Usage: Use various hand/power tools to disassemble equipment and prepare it for transport.
