Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities
- Source suppliers, request quotations, and process orders
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor deliveries
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Monitor branches inventory and resources
- Handle daily administrative operations
- Coordinate schedules of deliveries from suppliers
- Provide administrative support to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Accomplishes other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate manager.
Job Requirements
Available to start immediately
Experience in office administration and procurement/purchasing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
