Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. We are looking for Demi Chef de Partie.
As Demi Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
- Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
- Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
- Maintain the quality of the food provided
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Enjoys being challenged
- Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- A self-starter and a teamplayer
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Willing to work shifts
