WE'RE HIRING: AFTER SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

Location: G. Araneta Avenue, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented After Sales Admin Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

The role involves handling sales administration, marketing support, customer coordination, and general office tasks. Responsibilities include processing customer orders and inquiries, maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, assisting in marketing campaigns, managing social media updates, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting after-sales customer concerns including insurance processing and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are required.

This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient sales operations, effective marketing execution, and strong customer satisfaction after purchase.
