Primary Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for monitoring and timely processing of all remittances and ensuring that all payment was made accurately. Also responsible for timely and accurate preparation and sending of Bank Recon Reports.

Major Responsibilities

  • Weekly monitoring and timely processing of Remittances / Payables to China.
  • Check the prepared CRF (Check Request Form) for all scheduled Telegraphic Transfer.
  • Check the completeness and accuracy written in the Telegraphic Transfer Forms before forwarding to authorized signatories.
  • Check and validate the accuracy of the received Cable copies as proof of remittance before sending to requestor/ Impex Dept.
  • Timely updates and accurately encodes all transactions of passbook and online banking in bank statement in excel monitoring.
  • Double checks all passbook transactions vs transaction in Peachtree recorded by Accounting Department
  • Timely and accurately prepares Request for Payment for auto debit transactions (bank charges, cable charges) once signed by Immediate head and VP - Finance transmit to Accounting Department
  • Timely and thoroughly prepares summary of unposted deposits, for vouch and for edit in Excel (wrong cash account, wrong check nos., wrong amount) and forward/email to Accounting Department.
  • Double checks accurately all deposits in transit & outstanding check floating in bank recon every end of the month.
  • Attends to incoming calls for Treasury Department
  • Complies to ISO policies and Procedures
  • Performs other task that may be assigned by immediate head or VP Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required for this position.

3-5 years working in accounting field, experience in Automotive industry is a plus.

Treasury Preparation Experience Is Essential For This Role.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of Accounting System

Peach Tree Accounting Software knowledge is trainable on the job

Working pattern and location:

Join Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-time Employee

Work Location: On-site

Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
