The Role

The Campaign Production Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing and social media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in digital marketing, content production, or influencer marketing.

You will work closely with creators, internal teams, and campaign stakeholders to ensure projects are organized, delivered on time, and aligned with campaign objectives. This position offers hands-on exposure to content production, creator management, campaign operations, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Scouting & Management: Assist in sourcing and researching creators, influencers, and UGC talents that fit campaign requirements. Maintain and update creator databases, contact information, and campaign records. Coordinate communications with creators regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content submissions. Support onboarding and administrative processes for creator partnerships. Monitor emerging social media trends, creators, and platform updates.
  • UGC & Campaign Execution: Assist in coordinating influencer and UGC campaigns from briefing through content delivery. Help organize production schedules and track content submission deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams including creative producers, video editors, designers, and campaign managers. Support content review processes and ensure feedback is communicated accurately to creators and production teams. Assist with asset organization and final asset delivery.
  • Project Coordination & Administration: Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. Prepare status updates and maintain project documentation. Support communication between internal teams, creators, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution. Assist in gathering campaign data and performance reports. Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and campaign processes.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, academic project, campus organization, or freelance experience in marketing, content creation, social media, events, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital content, influencer marketing, and online culture.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools such as Slack or Notion is an advantage.
