Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures efficient and effective delivery of exceptional customer service and care to Sales customers
- Receives customer concerns from Sales and After Sales transactions and addresses the concerns which are within their level of authority
- Records the appointments scheduled from proactive customer contact and from customer-initiated requests and prepares the Appointment Plan / Daily Appointment Monitoring Report to be distributed to the following day before of the appointment
- Communicates and/or coordinates with the customers for the following purposes using the standard spiels indicated in the CRM Manual of Operations
- Offers insurance and emergency road assistance to clients to help generate and boost overall sales.
EDUCATION : Bachelors Degree in Management or any Business related course
WORK EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
