Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Knowledgeable in Agile software development methodology
- Can work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and has a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or relevant field with good academic record
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
- Produce comprehensive and clear project management documents and plans
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Coordinate the software development process
- Drive product launches including working closely with internal teams to deliver quality products, services, or features on time and on budget
- Keep all project stakeholders appropriately informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Quickly identify and prioritize issues and actively monitor their resolution
- Introduce and oversee any improvements, modifications, and enhancements to existing products and services
- Perform all other tasks that the immediate supervisor may deem necessary in meeting the company’s strategic goals
