Job Summary
Responsible for driving qualified lead generation, investor education, and client activation through targeted marketing campaigns, training initiatives, and community engagement, directly contributing to Assets Under Management (AUM) acquisition and funding conversion.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Conversion Support
- Execute marketing campaigns to generate investor leads across retail, EIP, and HNI segments
- Align campaigns with sales priorities and fund positioning
- Track and optimize lead-to-funded-client conversion rates
Funds Training and Investor Education
- Deliver basic to intermediate funds training to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support the development of training materials, fund explainers, and market updates
- Ensure training content effectively drives investor confidence, decision-making, and funding
Employee Investment Program (EIP)
- Spearhead the execution of financial wellness sessions for corporate clients
- Coordinate with Sales on scheduling, materials preparation, and post-session follow-ups
- Support conversion of participants into active investors
Community and Content Management
- Manage digital communities (e.g., Viber, Telegram) with investment-focused content
- Publish market updates, fund recommendations, and timely calls-to-action
- Monitor engagement and optimize content effectiveness
Campaign and Event Execution
- Support execution of investor briefings, campus activations, and HNI sessions
- Assist in cross-sell and upsell marketing initiatives
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, AUM influenced, and engagement metrics
- Prepare and submit reports on campaign and training effectiveness
Compliance
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and competitive landscape to enhance campaign relevance
Competency Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related field, with leadership exposure
