What You'll Do:
🎯 Lead and coordinate the resolution of high-impact IT incidents across multiple teams
🚨 Assess, declare, and manage Major Incidents through to resolution and recovery
🤝 Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
📢 Provide timely and clear updates to executives, customers, and business users
🛠️ Coordinate emergency changes and ensure controlled incident resolution activities
📊 Monitor incident metrics such as MTTA, MTTR, and downtime to drive improvements
📝 Facilitate post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
🔍 Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, governance standards, and documentation requirements
What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in Major Incident Management, IT Operations, or IT Service Management
✅ Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement
✅ Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms
✅ Technical understanding of infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and vendor management
