About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Candidate Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our growing recruitment team supporting the Australian market, with a strong focus on White Collar recruitment.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate sourcing, relationship management, and delivering exceptional recruitment experiences. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing talent across professional and specialist sectors while supporting consultants with recruitment coordination, talent mapping, and pipeline development.

  • Executive & Leadership Appointments

Key Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, job boards, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for professional and specialist roles
  • Conduct market mapping and candidate research across multiple industries
  • Proactively identify qualified candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate networks for current and future hiring needs


Candidate Management

  • Conduct screening and qualification interviews
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, career goals, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey
  • Conduct reference checks and support onboarding activities
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience


Recruitment Support

  • Assist consultants with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate databases
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment schedules
  • Support talent pipeline management and recruitment reporting
  • Assist with multiple vacancies across various industries and disciplines


Market & Business Support

  • Support talent mapping and candidate attraction strategies
  • Monitor hiring trends and talent market activity
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing methods and recruitment processes
  • Assist with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or recruitment administration
  • Experience recruiting across white-collar and professional sectors is highly regarded
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience recruiting for the Australian market is highly regarded
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and recruitment CRM systems is advantageous
