TRAINING SCHEDULE :

8AM - 5PM (Mondays - Fridays) @ Araneta Site

6AM - 3PM (Mondays - Fridays) @ McKinley Site

WORK SET-UP: Onsite

TYPE: Full Time Fixed Term

PACKAGE: Base Pay + Allowances + Monthly Bonus

Duties & Responsibilities

• Record movements based on the instructions given by the Facilitator
• Data collection occurs across a variety of real-world settings to ensure model diversity
• Required to record for 4 hours per day.
• Battery life of the device is 2 hours, need to re-charge to record the remaining hours
• Required to go outside of the house, with different establishments to visit.

Locations to be exposed:

• Private Households : Kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms (approx. 60% of volume).
• Retail & Service : Supermarkets, cafés, hotels, and restaurants (approx. 20% of volume).
• Industrial : Factories (approx. 5-10% of volume), laboratories, and nursing homes.

Minimum Qualification

• Physical Mobility : Ability to stand and perform fine-motor tasks.
• Commitment : Reliability for a full-year 2026 engagement to support consistent model training.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to sustain focus on scripted task execution without reverting to natural human movement speed.
