Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with assigned bank partners and selected Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This role focuses on driving partner-led revenue, expanding solution distribution, and executing joint go-to-market initiatives. The incumbent acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day partner engagement, ensuring alignment between partners and internal stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Key responsibilities include partner performance management, pipeline development, onboarding and enablement, and coordinating commercial, technical, and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong relationship management, execution discipline, and the ability to translate partner capabilities into scalable business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank partners and ISVs to support business growth and long-term engagement
  • Execute partner channel strategies aligned with overall business objectives and sales targets
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by supporting joint sales activities and opportunity development
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and continuous readiness of partners to effectively position and sell solutions
  • Coordinate joint go-to-market activities, campaigns, and co-selling initiatives with partners and internal teams
  • Track and manage partner performance, pipeline, and opportunity progress to ensure delivery of targets
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure alignment and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to expand solution distribution through partner networks
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure engagement, accountability, and performance visibility
  • Provide insights on partner capabilities, market trends, and growth opportunities to support strategic decisions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the role, as assigned

Experience/Knowledge Requirements

  • College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or partner/channel management
  • Preferably with exposure to financial institutions, fintech, payments, or SaaS environments
  • Experience working with external partners such as banks or software vendors is an advantage
  • Proven ability to support revenue generation and pipeline development
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of sales processes, partner programs, and go-to-market execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City and travel as needed
