## About the Role
We are a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Procurement Associate to join our team.
This is not a traditional corporate role. We are building systems, improving processes, and scaling rapidly. You will work directly with the founders and play an important role in supporting daily operations, supplier coordination, procurement activities, inventory management, and database development.

## Key Responsibilities
- Support daily e-commerce and operational activities
- Build, maintain, and organize product and operations databases
- Manage accurate product listings and data entry tasks
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse partners
- Assist with procurement, purchasing, and supplier management activities
- Track inventory, purchase orders, stock movements, and operational requirements
- Maintain reports and operational trackers using Google Sheets
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor operational workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with tea ---------- mbers to solve operational challenges and support business growth
## Requirements
- Willing to work full-time onsite in the Pasig area
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations is required
- Experience with Shopify is an advantage
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier coordination is preferred
- Experience working with warehouses, logistics partners, or operations teams
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and spreadsheet management
- Experience handling large volumes of data entry with high accuracy
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing startup environment

## Paid 2-Week Trial
Final candidates will participate in a paid 2-week trial period.
During this period, you will work on database building, product data management, Google Sheets projects, product research, and operational support tasks.
The trial allows both you and the company to assess fit, communication, reliability, attention to detail, initiative, and overall working compatibility before moving into a permanent role.
