Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Associate to support the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate must be reliable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle filing, documentation, and office records management
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
  • Monitor office supplies and process purchase requests
  • Answer inquiries and provide general office support
  • Monitored utility consumption and coordinated bill payments.
  • Managed and tracked company billings and related documentation.
  • Coordinated maintenance and repair schedules for company vehicles, ensuring timely servicing and operational readiness.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any field
  • With more than two (2) years of work experience in administrative operations, office management, and facilities management
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Amenable to performing fieldwork and conducting off-site activities as needed to support operational and business requirements.
