Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, SOPs, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate process details.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear, concise, and standardized documentation.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to quality, formatting, and version control standards.
  • Edit and proofread documents for grammar, structure, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Maintain an organized library of documentation and ensure timely updates to reflect process changes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending documentation enhancements.
  • Assist in training and onboarding by providing clear and updated process materials.
  • Ensure documentation complies with internal policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent grammar, formatting, and editing abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document end-to-end processes.
  • Keen attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Notion is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in process documentation, training materials creation, or business analysis is a plus.
