Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate process details.
Translate complex business processes into clear, concise, and standardized documentation.
Ensure documentation adheres to quality, formatting, and version control standards.
Edit and proofread documents for grammar, structure, accuracy, and clarity.
Maintain an organized library of documentation and ensure timely updates to reflect process changes.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending documentation enhancements.
Assist in training and onboarding by providing clear and updated process materials.
Ensure documentation complies with internal policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Excellent grammar, formatting, and editing abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document end-to-end processes.
Keen attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Notion is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in process documentation, training materials creation, or business analysis is a plus.
