Responsible for supporting the coordination, planning, and execution, and monitoring of on-site and off-site processing. Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving programs and keeps appropriate documentation and reportorial requirement .
What you’ll do (your mission)
Dispatch and Delivery Management - Plan and oversee daily dispatch of parcels to couriers.
Ensure all shipments are properly assigned and dispatched on time.
Monitor delivery progress and address delays or issues in real time.
Courier Performance Monitoring - Track courier productivity, efficiency rate, and first-attempt delivery success.
Identify underperforming couriers and recommend corrective actions.
Attendance and Workforce Coordination -Monitor daily attendance of couriers and backroom staff (plan vs. actual).
Reporting and Documentation - Prepare and submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports including dispatch, performance, and exceptions.
