Conduct market research and analyze trends in home fragrance, wellness, and smart living products
Identify customer needs, product gaps, and innovation opportunities in the aroma diffuser market
Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and operations teams to conceptualize new product ideas
Develop, test, and refine product prototypes, including diffusers, scents, packaging, and variants
Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to improve product quality and performance
Oversee product development timelines from concept to production and launch
Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and brand standards
Work closely with Warehouse and E-commerce teams to ensure product readiness for launch and distribution
Monitor product performance in the market and recommend improvements or enhancements
Stay updated on competitor products, industry innovations, and global trends in aromatherapy and wellness technology
Support continuous improvement of Hiessences product line and innovation pipeline
