Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Planning
Proactively propose content ideas related to Tongits and the GameZone brand
Participate in product, tournament, and social content creation
Think from the player's perspective: why they watch, engage, and share
Content Execution & Collaboration
Participate in scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production
Work closely with editors, designers, and external partners
Take ownership of content results, not just task completion
Learning & Optimization
Review content performance and user feedback
Continuously improve understanding of Tongits gameplay and content trends

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant content experience (flexible for strong candidates)
Familiar with Tongits and experience creating quality related content (key requirement)
Basic creative judgment and content sensibility
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to experiment
Strong communication and execution skills

Nice to Have

Experience in card games, gaming, or entertainment content
Scriptwriting or short-form video experience
Social media content background
