Operational

Develop product roadmap strategy through market research, customer and industry insights, competition benchmarking and Region guidance.
Execute product roadmap strategy -through collaboration with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
Lead forecast accuracy target achievement -through collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other involved teams
Manage assigned Leads from qualification to endorsement to Sales.
Create product content and literature (printed and digital tools and assets) for Sales and Marketing purposes -through collaboration with Creatives.
Train and develop Sales and Marketing personnel’s product knowledge, so they become extension of TM on the field.

Support cyclical price setting actions
Manage product permits, tests and certificates, data sheets, packaging, and other related documentations.
Manage Product Creation Process (PCP) -ensuring SIP, PDS2PIM, SAP, and other related tools are updated.
Provide technical support for customers and Sika internal teams.
Perform other product-related functions as may be assigned.
Comply with Sika work policies and procedures.
