- Automate repetitive processes using Power Automate, Excel VBA, and Power Platform tools
- Build applications and forms using Power Apps to improve data capture and workflows
- Support SharePoint list and workflow design for business process efficiency
- Improve existing reporting and tracking tools through automation and optimization
Project Controls & Financial Support
- Assist in tracking project cost, budget, manpower, and performance data
- Support analysis of actual vs. budgeted cost, labor hours, and commitments
- Help monitor purchase orders, subcontract expenditures, and project funding limits
- Collect and analyze progress data and performance trends (schedule and cost)
- Support basic earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
- Prepare regular performance and status reports for business and project teams
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions
- Provide analytical support for ad-hoc data requests and project reviews
