This Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Preparer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable ETL and data processing operations. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of routine data activities using established procedures and guidelines, while also contributing to process improvements through your observations and insights.
You’ll be responsible for performing pre‑validation checks, documenting exceptions for escalation, and preparing draft inputs for senior review. This position offers the chance to deepen your knowledge of data processes, build familiarity with client‑specific requirements, and deliver accurate outputs with moderate guidance. What you'll do
- You’ll prepare and process extracted data across routine ETL scenarios, performing prescribed validation steps and ensuring timely, accurate completion under established procedure
- You’ll conduct pre‑validation and consistency checks, flag discrepancies, and document exceptions for escalation, supporting quality control and senior review
- You’ll compile, format, and update recurring report inputs, maintain reference files, and organize draft components in line with client‑specific requirements
- You’ll build working knowledge of client processes, provide clarifications on routine data‑related questions, and coordinate hand‑offs with adjacent teams
- You’ll identify recurring issues, share procedural tips, and contribute to continuous improvement discussions while participating in training and team knowledge‑building activities
