It's a decent place to work, especially if you get a good team. The culture isn't bad, but it feels like it's missing something at the top.
The best part is definitely the people. My team in the Denver, CO office was really supportive and we worked well together. There's a friendly atmosphere for sales roles, and I appreciated that.
Company culture often feels a bit undirected from leadership. It's tough sometimes to get everyone on the same page, and specific initiatives for a positive work environment are rare for this mid-sized company.
Invest more in clear cultural programs and team-building activities that go beyond just holiday parties. Give managers better tools to foster a cohesive environment.
