  • Diverse projects across the business
  • Career growth opportunities

About the role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of the Landpower Academy and wider learning activity across Landpower and the CLAAS Harvest Centre network.

Working closely with the Training and Development Advisor, this role is responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing learning administration, maintaining accurate records and supporting a seamless experience for learners, managers, trainers and external providers throughout New Zealand and Australia.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our Academy activity well planned, professionally delivered and supported by accurate data, helping us continue to build capability across our business.

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling and administration of Landpower Academy training and wider learning activities.
  • Manage learner registrations, attendance, waitlists, cancellations, communications and post-training completion activities.
  • Support trainers, SMEs and external providers with the information, resources and logistics required to deliver effective learning.
  • Maintain accurate learning records, system data, course information, materials and documentation.
  • Prepare regular reporting on enrolments, attendance, completions, feedback and other learning activity.
  • Support continuous improvement by coordinating learner feedback, identifying administration or system issues, and helping implement agreed improvements.

Success in this role

Will come from strong coordination skills, accuracy and the ability to keep learning activity running smoothly across a busy, multi-site network. You’ll be confident managing schedules, records, communications and system updates, while keeping people informed and ensuring details are followed through.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with a range of stakeholders, takes pride in providing a professional and helpful experience, and can balance day-to-day administration with changing business priorities.

  • At least two years’ experience in Learning and Development, People and Culture, education, programme coordination or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong planning, administration and coordination skills, with experience supporting events, training or business activities.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, check information and communicate clearly.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with experience using SharePoint, cloud-based systems or other software.
  • A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to work independently, solve problems and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
