PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Formulate yearly budget, negotiate distributor contract, new listing and other business opportunities.
• Achieving sell-in target by initiating in-store activities to promote sell-out.
• Building mutual beneficial relationship with key wholesalers / distributors/ buyers to garner support in trade sell-in, trade terms, A&P spent to drive distribution etc.
• Sales team expenses management & credit management
• Propose and plan trade activities by working closely with marketing to plan monthly/ quarterly/ ad-hoc trade bulletin and present to buyers to negotiate for productive promo spaces.
• Track sell-out report, prepare sales review charts and conduct business presentation to key accounts.
• Monitor retail environment, identify threats & opportunities and tracking of competitors' products & activities
• Channel development – continuously pitching for more channels to expand sales networks, warehouse sales opportunity to help clear short expiry stocks.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• The candidate must have at least 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably those from beauty, FMCG or healthcare industry.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
• Dynamic, energetic and sales oriented.
• Preferably Sales Representative / Executive specializing in Distributor Management & Sales Operations in General Trade, Local Independent Pharma, Local Key Account/Supermarkets Channel.
• Good communication skills with all levels of people
• Proficiency computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute trade and channel activities including plan and implement new product launches, seasonal, tactical promotions and yearly dealers’ incentive guidelines, support off-site on-ground activities ie. Dealers’ event or corporate reach out activities to achieve brand and sales objectives.
• To lead and grow 5-7 brands including updating promotional market trends with bi-annual competitive analysis for these brands.
• Monitor trade marketing inventory diligently, forecast appropriate orders and propose trade marketing strategies to mobilise sell in to dealers.
• Collaborate effectively with Education Team to provide training for the internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Understanding UV printing technology, including operation and maintenance of UV print machines.
• Color Calibration: Responsible for calibrating UV printers to ensure color output matches design requirements.
• File Formats: Familiarity with common design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and file formats (AI, EPS, PDF, etc.) is preferred.
• Communication and Collaboration: Conducting checks on graphic files, identifying any issues related to color and materials. Communicating and collaborating with customers and production assistants to ensure understanding and fulfillment of printing requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and Computation of actual and standard costing
• Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and standard costing
• Compile and analyze product related costing and reporting
• Calculate finished goods (FG) standard cost for selling price
• Work closely with various sourcing department to have BOM cost in time manner and accuracy
• To check and monitor BOM to maintain standard costs, selling price, product structures is accurate
•  Perform and coordinate monthly physical stock count for raw material and work in progress, review and verify stock report
• Responsible to prepare monthly cost consumption report
• Responsible to review and update standard cost change from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy and costing understanding.
• Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven communications skills/ presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge or experience in Standard Costing will be an added advantage.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills.
