Your new job as a Construction Client Service Director will be working for a specialist Independent Lloyd's Insurance Broker with offices based around the UK to include the City, Watford and the Southeast who provide, unparallel services to meet client demands and needs. Your new role
Your new role will be working as Construction Client Service Director based within their London offices will be hybrid working 3 days in the office, (the rest from home) . Job Description:

• Creates and hosts online audition events using the Zoom Video Communications platform and collaborates with necessary Enrollment and Marketing team members.

• Runs A&I Boston and Online events.

• Provides expert technical assistance during events for all those involved.

• Serves as one of the main points of contact for communication relating to the auditions component of the admissions process.

• Ensures that the highest level of service is provided to applicants with a view towards ensuring that their experience exceeds that of any competing institutions.

• Counsels applicants and their families on the expectations, format and content of the audition and interview portion of the application and how it relates to the full admissions process.

• Counsels students and their families regarding admissions eligibility, application procedures for scholarships, general financial aid information, housing and other pertinent topics via phone, email and in-person contact. Maintain familiarity with application, scholarship, financial aid, housing and Board of Admission processes, including technology resources, processing policies and correspondence procedures.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge and Skills Required/Preferred:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relatable experience preferred.

• Strong organization, administrative and time-management skills.

• Proven track record of customer service-related skills.

• Proficient technical skills; Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, FormAssembly,  and Filemaker Pro strongly preferred.

• Must be self-motivated, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have the ability to work independently.

• Experience with event management and facilitation a plus.

• Mature interpersonal skills to deal with a broad range of issues and personalities with particular emphasis on student audition counseling; ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, prospective students, parents, and other external contacts. 

• Able to conduct both written and oral communication in an articulate, professional and knowledgeable manner.

• Music training and experience strongly preferred.

Your new role
As the new Marketing Director, you will own innovative creations providing strong leadership and direction. With your creative and innovative approach, you will lead from the front shaping the brand strategy, driving customer engagement for the growth of the business. This opportunity will allow full ownership of all marketing channels with the long-term goals being growing your own team from scratch. You will ensure the multichannel strategy and development supports the objectives of both parts of the company, with the aim to be the number 1 in their niche market.

• Take ownership of the Marketing Strategy with focus on digital marketing with a focus on driving conversions through B2B, D2C, and key accounts
• Oversee social media planning and execution, including creation of crisp and compelling content including video content.
• Strengthen the short-, medium-, and long-term business goals, leveraging off the data analytics.
• Own the content creation for the website with regular updates.
• Monitor the budget for all channels (social media, website, email campaigns)
• Build relationships in all areas including media partners, key industry stakeholders and agencies.
• Develop successful and qualified leads, with strong market research.

What you need to succeed
To be successful in this opportunity you will need to have a variety of creative elements in your marketing. We are looking for a seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience, ideally from the coffee industry but are also on the lookout for individuals that market a product within a retailer or hotels that would understand what needs to be done. Strong experience in a start-up environment in a B2B and D2C environment is also essential for this role. A full mix of marketing is essential within this role including website development, CRM Management, implementation of digital strategies and brand management. Having experience with Salesforce is very advantageous for this role. Other qualities we are looking for:

The incumbent will serve as the Deputy Director for the Office of Human Capital Management and Training (HCT) and is dual hatted as the Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). This position provides office-wide leadership and continuity in the absence of the Director and oversees the implementation and execution of the human capital operations in accordance with all federal rules, laws and regulations governing human capital. The human capital operations include human capital planning and development, hiring and succession planning, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, executive resources, training and leadership development, and other human resources functions, when needed.
