Responsibilities

· Make daily deliveries to customers in a timely manner

· Assist in warehouse operations, including to receive and check all incoming goods shipments & prepare outgoing goods shipment when there is no delivery

· Packing & labelling goods for delivery or collection

· Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned, including stocktaking, maintaining proper organisation, cleanliness and safety standards of warehouse

· Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of vehicle

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

· Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with good driving record

· Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods

· Able to read and speak simple English

· Positive working attitude, responsible and flexible

· Self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Candidates with relevant experience and/or possess a local forklift license will have an added advantage

Working hours: Monday to Fridays, 8am to 5.45pm; minimal overtime (depending on workload)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Engineer to Design AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies from 300W to 5KW
• Assist in design and develop converters with Flyback, Boost, Forward and Resonant topologies
• Test and Characterize power supplies as per customer specs
• Test EMI/EMC as per the industry standard specs
• Prepare derating reports as per company standards and guidelines
• Provide continuous support to manufacturing from proto stage to production

Requirements:

• BE or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience in power supply
• Knowledge about Mathcad and Spice simulation software
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to perform under pressure
• Dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to perform under pressure and work long hours.

$100 per day - 21/5/2024

Job Descriptions:

Accounts

• Support duties related to accounts receivable functions
• Taking customers orders and inputing sales orders and invoices into the system
• Keep track of outstanding invoice & follow up for payment
• Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
• Assist in month-end closing bank recon & expenses reports
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Any ad-hoc duties will be assigned as needed.

Customer Service

• Attend to customers who call-in with enquires and request for quotations, or directing them to the appropriate sales person
• Assist sales persons to prepare quotations for customers
• Provide delivery status or updates of customers’ orders, coordinate changes if necessary
• Update changes in customers’ information
• Update inventory records, customers’ sales records and price change information
• Coordinate with store for collection and delivery of goods
• Perform any other Ad Hoc projects and assignments as and when required

Other Information’s:

• Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
• 5.5 days’ work week (alternate Saturdays)
