Objectives

• To ensure Third Party Logistics (3PL) service providers meet up to the requirements of their contract with our organization and to pursue continuous improvement projects with them.
• Responsible in ensuring 3PL regulatory compliance and adherence to our organization and Country statutory requirements

Supply Planning

Plan to Strategy (P2S)

Included activities:

• Work closely with the other Regional Category Buyer and Head of Logistics Procurement, to develop procurement strategies for logistics services, and ensure that specific needs and circumstances of internal Business Partners in the country are incorporated in hub, regional and global strategies.

• Communicate with internal Business Partners, regional and local BU (Business Unit) Account Managers and other relevant parties to ensure that demand forecasts and business needs are up to date.

• Ensure that relevant systems are updated with required information regarding logistics services.
• Drive operational excellence with the support of the PSP by making use of procurement automation tools like outline agreements to minimize manual work.

• Address sustainability topics to protect BASF’s reputation and reduce business risks from non-compliance with environmental, social or governance (ESG) standards

Job Description

The Manager of Quality Control & Technical Services has a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:  ensuring that aircraft maintenance and all associated record-keeping is performed in compliance with FAA, manufacturer’s, and Citigroup Aviation requirements and standards; managing the maintenance departments external and internal compliance and reporting obligations; fulfilling all other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as active and engaged quality control inspector during return to service of aircraft.
• Assist the Director of Maintenance with managing Quality Control delegated technicians as required when not available for return to service oversight.
• Oversee, maintain, and administer the full life cycle of Citigroup MX Tracking processes (CAMP/CMP) and ensure they are being properly completed.
• Perform full life cycle review of aircraft paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that appropriate entries are made in permanent aircraft maintenance records.
• Manage technical publications currency to ensure regulatory compliance as necessary for the performance of maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations.

• To manage the whole regional Capex and Cost reduction budget planning and execution governance by complying with each COA and milestone gates - Capex approval, Design approval.

Job Responsibilities:

Master planning and Engineering initiatives

• Based on "future back" approach to work with BUs on developing site master plan, layout consideration, etc.
• Work as a region representative member for Suntory GET (Global Engineering Team) and take out numbers of engineering exercise, apply to SBFAP regions, among BU and BU. Also facilitate horizontal networking to leverage Suntory expertise among SBF, SBD/SME, BUs.
• Capture new technology collection and collaborate with relevant team for deployment.
• Provide support, consultation to improve line OEE, manufacturing good practices.
• Engineering Standardization (e.g. Utility / Quality / Efficiency / Sustainability / Safety related Engineering, etc)
• Coordinate machine vendor networking (e.g. Krones, Sidel, KHS, Tetrapack, etc)

Govern CAPEX process

• Standardize Gate process (Alignment with Finance team)
• Gate process control (Organizing meeting, Schedule and Process control, etc)
• Coaching BU for better CPAEX planning
• Consult BU’s project & engineering agenda and provide the value input to deliver the high-quality projects as planned.
• Monitor and chase BU’s big capital investment status together with Capex spending status to avoid the spill over to following year.
• Make full engineering support for SBFAP’s capital investment.

Supply Chain Network optimization

• Collect, summarize, and analyze the production volume vs sale demand at COBO & Copacker. Assess the utilization in peak & normal season to highlight capacity issue. Support on product sourcing options and technical feasibility assessment
• Work on strategic projects to link the supply network in APAC, to transform business model for better financial performance.
• Visualize the manufacturing footprint, supply network.
• Conduct the analysis and create model for the optimal asset utilization for Cluster Asia, BRAND’s manufacturing sites.
• Evaluate and benchmark COGS, LOGS.
• Support IBP process at regional level.

Active Involvement in the Development for AOP design/execution

• Highlight capacity issues and provide product souring options (i.e. capacity expansions, co-packing, importing, etc)
• Provide input on new Capital investment initiatives (Asset, Facility) readiness for planning, execution
• Identify center developed and approved new technologies to improve our cost and competitiveness in the market. (Machine, Material, Process etc)

Skills & Experience

The successful incumbent should posssess

• Bachelor of university of either Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering or related one.
