• Support NPI transfer and Production readiness activities that includes new or existing products from Design Engineering to Manufacturing.
• Create and submit Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO’s) for PCBA’s and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting First Article Test on new Subsystem, PCBA and Cable assemblies. Analyzing and determining hardware test requirements, supporting Test development activities.
• Maintain, Modify and Improve Test System hardware and fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Daily tasks include handling sales enquiries, preparation of sales reports and projection analysis, customer visits, perform product sales and technical presentations, attend to customer’s query on product technical and quality issues, implementing marketing activities.
• Understanding markets situation, trends, customer’s changing requirements to develop sales strategies and action plans.
• Representing the Company in a professional manner and establishing good rapport and business relationship with our customers, suppliers, and principals
• To perform daily sales activities such as preparation of drawings, sourcing, quotations, and PO
• To ensure that pricing and quantity of orders received are in accordance with the quotations and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• To attend monthly sales meetings to share and update management on market information and trend.
• To attend to any quality issues and work with the QC department in providing customers with supporting documents when required.
• To assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows in the assigned territory.
• Achieve individual sales target.
• Sales service schedule planning & prepare reports for management’s review.

· Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer’s questions.

· Develop new sales service opportunities and provide sales service support to clients.

· Travel to perform sales service overseas and provide support as and when required.

· Coordinate and manage contractors/suppliers.

• Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma in engineering qualification

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in semicon industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing.
• Customer-centric with good oral & written skills
• Hand-on with a can-do attitude

· Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal driven.
