JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

             •            Prepare cost estimates and budgets for manufacturing projects.

              •            Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

labor, and time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

             •            Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a

related field.

              •            Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the

manufacturing industry.

              •            Strong understanding of construction and manufacturing processes and materials.

              •            Proficient in the use of relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project

management software.

              •            Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

              •            Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description: The R&D Engineer will be central to developing new products and technologies. This role encompasses designing and developing mechanical parts, evaluating prototypes, and researching new technologies to enhance product offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with teams both locally and internationally to bring innovative solutions from concept through to mass production.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Development:
   • Design mechanical parts for new products using SolidWorks for both 3D and 2D drawings.
   • Produce and evaluate prototype samples to assess product functionality and necessary improvements.
   • Once designs are finalized and approved, proceed with tooling and mold fabrication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and unload goods. Stock take when goods arrive.
