Responsibilities:

1. Assist in administrative tasks and provide support to HR, accounting, and procurement departments.
2. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including attendance, leaves, and personal details.
3. Process payroll for staff members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Support procurement activities by assisting in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders.
5. Assist in managing full set accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
6. Prepare financial reports and statements, analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and conducting monthly closing activities.
8. Monitor daily bank balances and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
9. Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up with customers for payments in a timely manner.
10. Assist in managing petty cash transactions and maintaining the petty cash book.
11. Liaise with external parties, including suppliers, bankers, auditors, and tax agents, as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in administrative, HR, accounting, or procurement roles is preferred.
3. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
