Job Responsibilities

• To ensure the vessel under your command is in a safe and seaworthy condition and ready for charter.
• To ensure all documentations and licensing are updated relevant to the operations.
• Be responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the vessel, this includes responsibility for cleanliness and pumping out of the boats.
• Be responsible for the safety and conduct of guests during the trip and to report irregularities to management.
• Secure vessels safely to the wharf, jetty or mooring and ensure the vessel is left in secure state with all windows, doors, vents closed and follow proper procedures for engine room shutdown and domestic systems i.e. water pumps, gas bottles are to be turned off.
