REQUIREMENTS

• Possessed a valid Class 3 driving license.

• GCE ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive garage industry preferred.

• Good knowledge in diagnostic software.

• Good understanding of different vehicle types as we deal with a wide range of cars.

• Able to identify potential car faults.
• Team player, proactive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Process applications and handle enquiries.
• Attend to Membership and Services enquires and escalated case issues.
• Manage stock inventory for Membership Gift Redemption
• Handle members and public enquiries and support operation activities.
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of Membership backend activities.
• Collation of members queries and feedbacks to initiate improvement plan.
• Monitor and maintain CRM to support membership acquisition activities.
• Engage leads to support membership acquisition.
• Updating and monthly reporting on the membership operation and transaction activities.
• Participate in promotional events to engage members and public.
• Administrative duties.
• To assist in any other ad-hoc assignments entrusted from time to time.

eCommerce

• Assist the team in driving online sales targets from all ecommerce platforms (RedMart, FairPrice Online, PandaMart, Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, etc)
• Maintain product listings, images, campaigns, orders, delivery fulfillment, payments, refunds/returns, customer service and enquiries in all ecommerce platforms
• Coordinate with brand personnel, operations, and logistics team to carry out day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain inventory and stocks in all ecommerce platforms
• Maintain consistent pricing of products in all ecommerce platforms and website
• Establish and maintain good relationship with all ecommerce platform partners
• Align brand objectives
• Improve website and ecommerce conversions
• Create & Design Product Description & Hero Images for own website & online platforms.
• Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign for eCommerce platform i.e Lazada, Shopee etc.

Marketing

• Responsible for social media content management of all our brands’ accounts.
• Create & Design marketing collaterals for in-store and online marketing/promotions.
• Plan and coordinate with relevant (internal and external) parties for sponsorships and events.
• Perform any marketing related tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
• Experienced in content and design creation.
• Familiar with eCommerce platforms like RedMart, FairPrice Online, PandaMart, Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, etc.
• Possess basic skills of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
