**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premises.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service by greeting others, smiling, and expressing gratitude (GST) to customers and colleagues.

- Conduct daily inspections and promptly implement corrective actions to address substandard performance.

- Provide adequate training and coaching to staff to ensure they meet the required contractual standards.

- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas and cover for staff when needed (e.g., during leave, medical leave, or absences).

- Undertake any duties or projects assigned by the Superior.

- Minimum Bachalor Degree, Internship available

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Team player with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
