Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive for our Tender Team, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through the tendering process for manpower recruitment contracts. You will manage and coordinate the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to final submission, ensuring the delivery of compelling and competitive proposals.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the entire tender process, including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), request for proposals (RFPs), and request for quotations (RFQs).

· Thoroughly reviewing tender specifications with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strict adherence to requirements and compliance.

· Establishing good relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the collection of essential information and documentation necessary for tender submissions.

· Taking a lead role in crafting compelling tender documents and proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.

· Follow up with clients after tender submissions to obtain feedback and address any additional requirements.

· Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team on how to enhance the company's competitive position in the recruitment sector.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, tender management, or a related role within the recruitment industry.

· Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders for manpower recruitment contracts.

· Salary will be commensurate with their experience and consideration for a managerial position is possible. -

· Strong understanding of the recruitment market and tender processes.

· Familiarity with key industry players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to craft compelling proposals.

· Ability to work independently and highly self-motivated.
