· Overall general administration of Humanica’s assigned country payroll outsourcing services with the guidance of the Group CEO / Founder. Countries being Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

· Provide periodical reporting on the performance of the outsource operations of the assigned countries to the Group CEO / Founder on a monthly and quarterly basis.

· Manage Humanica business operations, payroll outsourcing and operations program.

· Define, propose and implement the company’s operations and outsourcing policy and processes for the assigned country, which must be approved by the Group CEO / Founder.

Your new role

· Develop interactive and realistic digital human avatars using Unreal Engine's MetaHuman framework or similar Unity tools, incorporating GenAI technology.

· Balance technical efficiency with high-fidelity visuals in creating digital humans.

· Apply GenAI technology for enhanced avatar interaction and natural language processing

· Work collaboratively to integrate innovative GenAI solutions in digital human design.

What you need

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Game Design, Animation, or related fields.

· Proficiency in either Unreal Engine or Unity for digital human creation.

· Experience with GenAI technology in digital human engineering.

· Skills in character rigging, animation, and relevant programming languages.

· Portfolio showcasing digital human creation in either Unreal Engine or Unity.

· Experience in working with Text to Speech (TTS), Speech to Text (STT), and customized voice technologies, enhancing the realism and interactivity of digital avatars.

· Experience in facial expression modeling and understanding human emotion states for avatar design, contributing to the creation of more lifelike and emotionally resonant avatars.

Reporting to Executive Director, you will lead a team of specialists in the areas of talent acquisition, manpower planning and budgeting. You will manage manpower planning in accordance to expansion requirements and provide strategic advice on employer branding, talent acqusition, workforce and vendor management.

Human Resources Director

Your role is both strategic and hands-on, monitoring and implementing the full range of HR Business Partnering and HR Operations services to the organization, ensuring that they are effective and in accordance with the trading and manufacturing’s HR principles and policy. You will be required to work with higher management and managers to shape the people strategies, execute all HR initiatives, and drive HR excellence.

In partnership with leaders, you will provide leadership to drive strategies to achieve organizational goals. In your role, you will champion HR digital transformation projects including process improvements, and change management in trading, and manufacturing, and act as a catalyst to propel the workforce towards desired change and growth.

• Process and handle all payroll matters, ensuring all payroll timeline is adhered to and accuracy is met for all salaries paid out.

Requirements

• Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, employment laws, employee relations and diversity etc.
• Being highly familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process and have a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends.
