An integral part of Work Dynamics structure is the Regional Account Director (RAD) role, which brings together multiple services to deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients.

The Regional Account Director is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key regional initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting. The role also ensures efficient and consistent operation of all services to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client throughout the APAC region as well as build strong & sustainable relationships within the client’s organization. In addition, the role will drive innovative ways of thinking and working, constantly reviewing the best delivery models, along with upskilling the team, to enable a sustainable and engaged workplace experience.

This role reports to the Group Account Executive, and includes direct reports such as Regional Operation Director, Subregional Leads and functional leads (where applicable).

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy and Account Management

• Contribute and execute on the vision and strategy of the JLL business. Be the face of JLL in the marketplace.
• Ensure that the account plan is implemented and aligned with client objectives.

• Be responsible for supporting the account in the region/geo/country by working with the local account teams and local clients.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate, preferably with strength in Facilities Account Management, ideally with a focus around Employee Experience and Sustainability. Beneficial to have understanding in Project Management, Transaction Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Lease Administration and Workplace Strategy
• Has handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, multi disciplines, across multiple locations and countries
• Has experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks

Job Overview

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Key Account Director to manage and expand our business in strategic MNC accounts. This individual will be required to maintain and deepen strategic relationship with clients to ensure client value and business outcomes. The role will be an individual contributor with the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with in-country sales teams, and partner with management to execute business strategies to expand Ensign’s business coverage, drive client retention and achieve overall revenue targets. The individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of our international business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong network and good grasp of technology sales relating to managed services and system integration with a preference for cybersecurity. Consulting experience will be a plus. The individual should have a strong passion for achieving client outcomes, building relationships, and be able to execute on revenue targets effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

To fulfill this role will:

1. Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including cybersecurity and IT executives, business users, and security engineering and operations teams.
2. Be responsible for planning and executing strategic account plans for Key Accounts to deepen client engagement and perform sales/business activities in the assigned account.
3. Expand coverage within target accounts to gather information such as account dynamics, cybersecurity pain points and opportunities
4. Identify, qualify, and close cybersecurity product/services deals individually and as a team.
5. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams on solutioning; provide client inputs for internal teams to generate and enhance service offerings based on clients need.
6. Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and successful delivery of engagements.
7. Excel in achieving sales targets, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
8. Leverage Ensign platform (e.g. marketing, thought leadership, events, Business Unit campaigns) to generate leads to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
9. Operate as the lead commercial contact point for clients on all matters related to the business and as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience (with 2 years spent in system integration or similar role).

• Proven hunting track record in generating pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of sales process and managing complex deals will be an advantage.
