About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Medical Sales Consultant (Digital Leads) to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional medical sales role that requires daily cold visits to clinics and pharmacies.
Instead, you will work with leads generated through Facebook campaigns, online marketing activities, referrals and digital channels. Your role is to engage interested doctors, clinics, pharmacies and customers, provide product information, arrange appointments where necessary and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- We will guide you to generate enquiries from doctors, clinics, pharmacies and customers through approved digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in supporting the Company's online sales and lead generation initiatives.
- We will assist you to adopt and participate in content posting, customer engagement and promotional activities guided by the marketing team.
- Sales Conversion & Business Development
- Follow up promptly on all assigned customer, doctor, clinic and pharmacy enquiries.
- Conduct product presentations, product education and sales discussions through WhatsApp, phone calls, email or appointment-based visits.
- Arrange appointments with qualified prospects when required.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and business customers.
- Convert qualified enquiries into sales opportunities and long-term customers.
- Administration & Operations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities using Airtable and other Company systems that is provided and guided.
- Ensure assigned tasks, customer follow-ups and sales responsibilities are completed within required timelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets, KPIs and operational expectations.
- Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Support Company marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Occasionally participate in roadshows, product demonstrations, sampling events and promotional activities when required.

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any science related field.
- Experience in healthcare, medical products, pharmaceuticals, sales, customer service, marketing or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented.
- Willingness to learn basic AI tools, digital marketing methods and modern sales processes provided by the Company.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Possess own transport and valid driving licence for appointment-based visits when required.
