Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Handling of quality complaints, ensure they are resolve satisfactorily with necessary counter measures taken to prevent recurrence

Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee all activities related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Full job description:

The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company HSE standards. The role involves supervising on-site operations, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safety-first culture throughout the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at Construction Site
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and relevant legislation.
• Implement and enforce safety plans, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk control audits.
• Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings for all workers and staffs
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote proper use of PPE and ensure workers are trained in safe work practices.
• Liaise with construction management, main-contractors, and safety officers to address safety issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in emergency drills and ensure that firefighting and first aid equipment is maintained and accessible.
• Maintain all safety records, inspection checklists, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid DOSH / JKKP Yellow Book registration.
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing works (preferred).
• Good technical knowledge of flooring systems is an added advantage.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Full job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Work at Construction Site
• Supervise flooring installation works (Flat Floor, Super flat Floor)
• Ensure all works are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Supervise site workforce including general workers.
• Monitor material requirements, site preparation, and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Resolve technical issues on site and report directly to the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing works (preferred).
• Good technical knowledge of flooring systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites based on schedule.

Penyelia Keselamatan Tapak bertanggungjawab memastikan semua aktiviti pembinaan dijalankan dengan selamat dan mematuhi keperluan kawal selia dan piawaian HSE syarikat. Peranan ini melibatkan penyeliaan operasi di tapak, menjalankan pemeriksaan keselamatan dan menggalakkan budaya mengutamakan keselamatan di seluruh tapak pembinaan.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Bekerja di Tapak Pembinaan
• Memantau aktiviti pembinaan harian bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan dan perundangan yang berkaitan.
• Melaksanakan dan menguatkuasakan pelan keselamatan, penilaian risiko, penyataan kaedah (RAMS) dan sistem Permit untuk Bekerja (PTW).
• Menjalankan pemeriksaan keselamatan tapak, pengenalpastian bahaya dan audit kawalan risiko.
• Menyampaikan ceramah toolbox, induksi tapak dan taklimat keselamatan untuk semua pekerja dan kakitangan
• Menyiasat dan melaporkan kemalangan, insiden dan nyaris berlaku, serta mengesyorkan tindakan pembetulan.
• Menggalakkan penggunaan PPE yang betul dan memastikan pekerja dilatih dalam amalan kerja yang selamat.
• Berhubung dengan pihak pengurusan pembinaan, kontraktor utama dan pegawai keselamatan untuk menangani isu keselamatan dan melaksanakan penambahbaikan.
• Menyertai latihan kecemasan dan memastikan peralatan memadam kebakaran dan pertolongan cemas diselenggara dan mudah diakses.
• Menyimpan semua rekod keselamatan, senarai semak pemeriksaan dan laporan untuk tujuan audit dan pematuhan.

Keperluan

• Mesti mempunyai pendaftaran Buku Kuning JKKP/JKKP yang sah .
• Minimum Diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Awam, Pengurusan Pembinaan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam kerja-kerja pembinaan atau kemasan (diutamakan).
• Pengetahuan teknikal yang baik tentang sistem lantai adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover.
• Prepare and submit progress claim to main contractor within the stipulated time frame.
• Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of certification
• Assist project team in measurement for tender costing.
• Work closely with project team, suppliers & general workers.
• Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Handle purchasing for project department, arrange delivery for the purchase.
• Prepare and manage project-related correspondence, report and paperwork and ensure they are current, properly filed and stored.
